Business Development Manager (bdm)

The IT company Andersen invites a Business Development Manager in Oman to join its team.

Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company that provides a full cycle of services. For over 18 years, we have been helping enterprises and middle-sized firms transform their businesses by creating effective digital solutions using innovative technologies.

Responsibilities:

- Expand network to attract new clients and nurture existing relationships.

- Collaborate with teams & client stakeholders to identify challenges and propose solutions.

- Re-engage clients for renewed partnerships.

- Conduct client meetings (including business trips) and C-level negotiations.

- Proactively resolve client issues and concerns.

- Drive pre-sales: develop/present strategic solutions and monitor outcomes.

- Hold presentations, delegate tasks, and coordinate cross-departmental strategy execution.

Skills

Requirements:

- Experience in combined roles of IT sales and account management for 5+ years.

- Proven track record of new business wins and long-term client development.

- Experience in attracting new clients and their long-term development.

- Excellent understanding of business processes, negotiation skills, and cross-functional coordination.

- CRM and proposal/RFP process experience.

- Level of Arabic – Advanced and above.

- Level of English – Advanced and above.


Nice-to-have:

- Strong knowledge of the IT industry and how the major processes function.

- Technical knowledge with sufficient ability to dig deep into technical aspects of technology.
