Airswift are looking to hire a Timekeeper to work on a long-term contract in Sohar, Oman. A background in Administration is required to fulfil the following duties;
Track Work Hours: Monitor and record daily hours worked by all personnel on site, including regular time, overtime, and absences.
Allocate Time to Tasks: Assign recorded hours to specific purchase orders, job codes, or work packages to ensure accurate cost tracking and billing.
Support Payroll Processing: Compile and verify timesheets, ensuring they align with project schedules and labor agreements before submitting to payroll departments.
Maintain Compliance: Ensure timekeeping practices comply with labor laws, union agreements, and company policies.
Coordinate with Teams: Liaise with supervisors, HR, and accounting to resolve discrepancies and confirm labor data.
Administrative Support: May also assist with scheduling meetings, maintaining logs, and supporting general site operation
