Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food industry sales management
  • Ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Strong knowledge of Omani food market (supermarkets, groceries, restaurants)
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
  • Driving license preferred

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies
  • Manage and support the sales team
  • Monitor sales performance and achieve targets
  • Build and maintain client relationships
