We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our healthcare group in Al Buraimi.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and healthcare reporting standards.
- Manage financial statements, audits, and cost control initiatives.
- Develop and implement strategies for financial growth and risk management.
- Collaborate closely with senior management to support strategic business decisions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in finance, including 3–5 years in the healthcare sector or a related industry.
- Professional certification, such as CMA, ACCA, or equivalent, is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and reporting in Oman.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
