Falcon's Power & Telecom is looking for an experienced Project Engineer to manage and coordinate telecom tower construction projects . 

The role involves planning, supervising, and monitoring all phases of the project while ensuring timely delivery, safety, and quality compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and oversee tower construction projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate between site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Review and approve project drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
• Monitor progress and ensure completion within budget and timelines.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions at the site.
• Prepare project progress reports, cost tracking, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Support the project manager in overall execution and client coordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Telecommunication Engineering.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in tower erection or infrastructure projects.
• Strong project planning and execution skills.
• Knowledge of HSE standards and working at height protocols.
• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera (preferred).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• A valid driving license is an advantage.
