Falcon's Power & Telecom is looking for an experienced Project Engineer to manage and coordinate telecom tower construction projects .
The role involves planning, supervising, and monitoring all phases of the project while ensuring timely delivery, safety, and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee tower construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate between site engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Review and approve project drawings, BOQs, and technical documents.
- Monitor progress and ensure completion within budget and timelines.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions at the site.
- Prepare project progress reports, cost tracking, and resource allocation.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Support the project manager in overall execution and client coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Telecommunication Engineering.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in tower erection or infrastructure projects.
- Strong project planning and execution skills.
- Knowledge of HSE standards and working at height protocols.
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera (preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A valid driving license is an advantage.
