Our client is looking for an experienced
Sales Capability Representative to join a leading FMCG multinational company. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in sales and a strong background in training and performance improvement.
Proficiency in Arabic is required. This role involves driving sales training programs, enhancing team performance, and collaborating with various departments to align sales capabilities with business objectives. Strong communication, analytical skills, and a passion for developing talent are key to success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for sales teams.
- Assess training needs and performance gaps of sales staff.
- Conduct one-on-one coaching to reinforce sales skills.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align training with business goals.
- Monitor and evaluate progress of training initiatives.
- Create and maintain training materials and manuals.
- Organize and facilitate workshops and team-building exercises.
- Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to improve effectiveness.
- Work with marketing to ensure sales teams are informed about product changes.
- Assist with onboarding new sales representatives.
- Maintain a knowledge base of industry trends and best practices.
- Engage with sales teams regularly to provide ongoing support.
- Identify and share innovative sales strategies within the organization.
- Prepare reports on training effectiveness and sales performance improvements.
- Build strong relationships with sales personnel across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales or sales training roles.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and teaching methods.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as necessary for training purposes.
- Ability to adapt to changing business requirements and environments.
- Professional certification in sales or coaching preferred.
