Role Overview : As a pivotal member of our HR team, the Human resources business partner will be at the forefront of our HR operations in Muscat, Oman, playing a crucial role in driving efficiency and excellence across all aspects of human resources management. This multifaceted role requires a seasoned HR professional with a strong generalist background, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive attitude.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and Facilitate Onboarding: Spearhead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization. From coordinating orientation sessions to facilitating necessary paperwork, you will be instrumental in welcoming new employees and integrating them into our company culture.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Oversee the maintenance of employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems. Your meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining organized and up-to-date employee information.
  • Support Benefits Administration: Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries. Your expertise in benefits administration will help ensure that our employees receive comprehensive and timely support.
  • Handle Employee inquiries: Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs. Your excellent communication skills and in-depth knowledge of local HR practices will enable you to provide timely and accurate assistance to our employees.
  • Manage international relocations of new hires or internal transfers for the D43 Group.
  • Organize Company Events: Assist in planning and organizing company events and activities, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie among our team members.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Take on additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in meeting the evolving needs of our organization.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively communicating with employees and stakeholders.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and task execution, with a demonstrated ability to anticipate and address challenges.
  • Experience in payroll administration is desirable.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in human resources roles, with a strong generalist background.
  • Proficiency in Oman labor laws and regulations is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary for maintaining accurate employee records and supporting HR processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in the HR field are essential for success in this role.
