Learning & Development SpecialistRequirementsQualifications and
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 5-6 years' progressive experience within Learning & Development.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering learning programs in a corporate setting.
- Experience in Learning & Development at both a delivery and design level for a diverse audience.
- Hands-on experience and solid knowledge of performance management, training needs analysis, talent management, organization development, and succession planning.
- Advanced or proficient level of SAP and Microsoft Office skills, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
- CIPD certificate in learning & development is preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of SAP System.
- Performance management system.
- Familiarity with artificial intelligence and its application in training programs
- E-training.
