Job description:
Main responsibilities include but not limited to
- Monitoring the progress and quality of work at construction sites
- Conducting application trainings in house and on site
- Handling complaints and offer solutions
- Troubleshooting on projects
- Mock- up’s
- In house product testing
Job Requirements:
- 3-4 years’ of hands on experience in application of plastering, painting, EIFS & construction chemicals- floor coating, concrete repair, refurbishments etc
- Civil Engineering or equivalent degree in construction or chemicals
- Should be able to work and coordinate with Painters on sites
- Should be able to handle duties at sites independently
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications, Teams, Report writing, etc
- Should be able to fluently communicate in English and Hindi. Ability to communicate in Arabic will be an advantage.
- Should be able to write reports on site inspection, warranties, complaints etc
- Should have a strong personality, self-confident and should be able to handle stress
- Should be willing to travel
