Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Back office - Officer to join our team at CFI. The Back Office Officer is expected to establish and complete a comprehensive customer data base, satisfying all the client requests in the fastest time and in the most efficient way.


Responsibilities:

  • Verifying customer account data
  • Verify online customer onboarding for local market.
  • Daily reconcile of transaction between MCD system and Wasata system
  • Coordinate and follow up with accounts until to make sure all customer payments transfers done.
  • Extracting a weekly report with expired documents and agencies to the head of compliance
  • Client record keeping and documentation filing of:
  • Enhance to solve Client complaints or grievances;
  • Records of the notifications and requests sent from/to Clients in each client folder as a soft copy.
  • Reconciliation of various internal processes to meet audit controls
  • OTC Settlement analysis
  • Instruction and coordination with all banks to open and update company accounts and online banking services
  • Preparation of invoices and credit notes
  • Prepare all required reports to CMA, MSX management and all other parties
  • Prepare journal voucher and payment voucher
  • Follow up and update all corporate action to Wasata system
  • Assisting internal & external auditor for any data required
  • Handles and coordinate outstand payment with clients
  • Daily end of trading work, make sure all trading transaction hit to clients account, end of day process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in, Business, administration, , or any related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Microsoft Excel and Word)
  • Knowledge of CRM and Wasata system usage is considered as a plus

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
