Role Description
We are looking for a skilled and driven PR & Communications Coordinator to join the team at Iventom. This role offers the unique opportunity to manage public relations and communication efforts not only for Iventom but also for our clients across various industries. You will be responsible for crafting compelling narratives, executing strategic campaigns, and building strong relationships with media and stakeholders. From press releases and social media communications to event promotions and branding campaigns, your work will play a pivotal role in shaping impactful brand stories.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience (2+ years preferred) in PR, communications, or a similar role. Experience in event management is a plus.
- Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Media Relations Expertise: Ability to build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, and media outlets.
- Strategic Storytelling: Skilled in crafting compelling press releases, media pitches, and content for various platforms.
- Social Media Savvy: Proficiency in managing and leveraging social media channels for PR campaigns and brand communication.
- Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Crisis Management: Adept at managing sensitive situations and mitigating reputational risks with effective communication strategies.
- Creative Mindset: Passion for brainstorming and developing innovative PR campaigns and communication strategies.
