We are delighted to be supporting our major food production client, which is seeking a highly skilled Head of Production professional to join their team in Muscat, the vibrant capital of Oman. The Purpose of the Role:

The primary focus of the Head of Production for this role is to lead an manage day-to-day activities to ensure production targets (volume and quality) are met efficiently and safely. Implement best practices, improve production performance, and ensure alignment with operational standards and stakeholder expectation.

Key Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in production management, with at least 5 years in a senior management role, desirable food production but open to candidates from a manufacturing background
• Experience in a hands-on manufacturing/operational positions
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical, Mechanical, or related field is desirable
• Fluent in English, (Arabic is a plus)
