The Job

We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to be based in our office in Oman The successful candidate will be responsible for all pre sales and post sales support activity of the company.


The job entails supporting the sales person during pre-sales meetings and conducting pre-sales demos. The candidate will also be responsible for after sales customer support in terms of hardware and software installation, troubleshooting issues, providing customer training and onsite support.


The Candidate:

The successful candidate is expected to have strong communication and people skills with the ability to understand customer requirements. An effective communicator both internally and externally & able to take quick decisions.

The candidate should meet the following.

  • Computer / IT Engineer
  • Experience of at least 2-3 years of working in an IT customer support job
  • Knowledge of IT hardware systems and devices
  • Knowledge of IT Software
  • Strong communication skills
  • Result Oriented
  • Arabic knowledge is an advantage
