Assistant Manager - Sales ( Office Automation) - Najah Business Solutions

Achieve and exceed the assigned sales targets.

To supervise the sales executives and supporting them on & off the field.

Responsible for the complete business development for the assigned product category like Production Printers, Manage Print Solutions, DMS Solutions, Epson Printers, Scanners or Plotters, etc.

Support the team & HOD in achieving the assigned product targets.

Plan & execute marketing & business development activities like sales promotions, roadshows, etc for the assigned product category.

Regular visits to interior branches to support the team.

Responsible for direct selling activities like Key Account Management, understanding customer requirements, proposal submission, product demonstration, negotiation & closing the deals.

Participate in Tenders/Projects/RFQs as and when assigned by HOD.

Promote & sell the complete line-up of office automation products like Konica Minolta MFPs, Epson Printers, KM Production machines, MPS, Kodak Scanners, Epson Plotters, DMS software.

Maintaining and developing existing accounts and adding new accounts through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods.

Identifying and establishing contact with potential customers proactively.

Ensure the proper coordination between logistics & service support teams.

Delivering presentations of the company products as and when required.

Submit regular monthly sales forecast reports and other reports as and when requested by HOD.

Follow up and collect the outstanding payments.

Attend assigned sales & product trainings and work towards gaining product knowledge & enhancing selling skills.

Strictly abide by the company policies and work ethics and perform within the company guidelines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RO1,400.000 - RO1,500.000 per month
