Position Title: Sales Executive – Real Estate Sales

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales for our off-plan properties. You will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, guiding them through the purchasing process, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the real estate market, and a passion for helping clients find their ideal properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential buyers, providing them with detailed information about available properties, pricing, and payment plans.
  • Sales Process Management: Guide clients through the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on market trends, property developments, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, digital marketing, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the sales manager.
  • Documentation: Assist clients with required paperwork and coordinate with legal and administrative teams to ensure timely completion of sales transactions.
  • Client Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback, while identifying opportunities for referrals and repeat sales.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on sales performance, pipeline, and market conditions.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, accounts, legal, and administrative teams to ensure smooth handovers and project promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales or a related field.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Strong ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Knowledge of the local property market and off-plan sales.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
  • Fluency in Arabic and other languages is an added advantage.
