JOB TITLE
Senior Security Guard - City Center Muscat | MAF Properties | Shopping Malls Oman
Role Summary
The position is mainly responsible to undertake the safety and security of mall assets, customers, merchants, visitors and the staff as per the security policy of the company. The Senior Security Guard will be responsible to manage the whole security team under him as per the security management plan of shopping malls.
ROLE PROFILE
- Be in charge of the security team assigned in each shift.
- Coordinate amongst all the guards and team leaders and communicate with them through walkie-talkies to give them instructions.
- Be mostly stationed and keep an eye on all the CCTV video that is being streamed.
- Keep a watch to see whether all the guards are manning their stations or not and arrive on time.
- Hand out all the equipment to the guards and also make sure that they are wearing the uniform given to them.
- Carry out inspections on the premises to see if everything is in order.
- Alert the Mall operations Manager as it could be a major security issue.
- Survey the areas and do a complete security detailing of the area.
Requirements
- Must be a bachelor's degree or diploma holder.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience as a security in-charge or safety in-charge.
- Good English level.
- Strong leadership and organization skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Very good Microsoft kills.
