Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sr Construction Engineer to join our team. As a Sr Construction Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that all construction activities meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction engineering, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Ensure that all construction activities meet quality and safety standards
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Lead and mentor a team of construction professionals
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven work experience as a Construction Engineer (4-5 years)
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certifications and licenses may be required
