Responsibilities:

Write retail banking user stories (preferably on Iexceed platform Appzillon) and develop acceptance criteria for Retail banking and ensure alignment with strategy including analysis of high-level functional and non-functional capabilities

Assist in team development while holding teams accountable for their commitments

Dedicated & Constructive participation in all required activities

Proactively reach out for any clarifications to Work stream Lead or PMO; Escalate any issues/risks/conflicts to work stream leads/PMO

Attend governance forum meetings such as working committee & any scheduled huddles

Review of: FSD documents, Product Parameterization & configurations

Review Test Strategy, Test Scenarios and Test cases

Conduct UAT and log defects in Test Management Tool

Quality Review of Testing Conducted by Testing Partner; Validate Test Results and provide inputs

Participate in defect triage during the testing phase of the project

Review and validate Rollout Strategy, Cut-Over Plan

Assist Process Work stream lead to devise policies for Digital Bank

Review Friends & Family rollout approach; provide handholding support to End Users during Business Simulation

Skills:

OverAll financial services industry knowledge with specific functional expertise & digital banking background.

Strong experience of delivering change into different audiences and managing implementation in digital banking environment.

Excellent communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills.

Excellent decision-making and problem-solving ability.

Experience of managing/ coordinating large teams and resources located remotely (including internal & external stakeholders).

Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and program sponsors.
