Business Development Manager -Oman

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to take full responsibility for the sales cycle, from proposal to delivery and payment. The ideal candidate will excel at building and nurturing customer relationships, resolving issues, and driving market penetration strategies that meet both short-term and long-term business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, including proposal development, delivery, and payment follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving problems and complaints to develop customer loyalty.
  • Negotiate terms and finalize contracts, ensuring the best terms and certainty of supply.
  • Define and implement strategies to achieve maximum profitability and business objectives.
  • Establish new leads and grow the sales pipeline to meet short and long-term targets for increased market penetration.
  • Contact clients via phone and in-person visits to negotiate agreements and close sales.
  • Acquire new customers through effective coverage.
  • Monitor and ensure order fulfillment and payment in accordance with company policies.
  • Provide detailed reports on customer needs, market trends, competitive activity, and opportunities for new products and services.
  • Achieve sales targets set by both the company and key vendors.
  • Provide sales activity plans and accurate monthly sales forecasts.
  • Direct sales efforts to key accounts and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Facilitate and resolve any delivery or issues encountered during the sales process.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree preferred, ideally in IT or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in business development or sales in the IT industry.
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage customer relationships.
