Sales Assistant/Sales Executive (Rent A Car)

My Client is leading FMCG Company based out of Oman looking to hire professional Sales Assistant/Sales Executive (Rent A Car)


Responsibilities:

  • Must be sales oriented and achieve set target by meeting customers which includes B2B and retail customers..
  • Update rental agreement files, notify customers of overdue rental vehicles and enquire on expected date of return and process rental extensions
  • Rental agreement preparation, cost sheet preparation regular invoicing of rental charges, timely deposit cash to accounts, timely submission of invoices and follow up of payments.
  • Excellent follow up and organizational skills.

Skills

  • Must have minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in reputed Rent A car company
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
  • Familiar with MS Office
  • Minimum Qualification: Bachelor (MBA preferred)
  • Added Advantage: Arabic speaking and GCC experience
