We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in logistics, specifically in sea and land shipping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, and enhancing our market presence in the logistics sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals in the logistics sector, focusing on sea and land shipping.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape; leverage insights to inform sales strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize performance and meet targets.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Manage the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and deliver exceptional service.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, highlighting performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales within the logistics industry, specifically with sea and land shipping.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of logistics operations and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
