Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Batching Plant Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in operating batching plants and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. The Batching Plant Operator will be responsible for overseeing the operation of the batching plant, ensuring the accurate mixing and batching of concrete, and maintaining the equipment and machinery.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain batching plant equipment
- Monitor the mixing and batching process to ensure accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the batching plant
- Coordinate with the production team to meet manufacturing requirements
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the batching plant
- Adhere to safety and quality standards at all times
Requirements:
