Role Statement

• To assist in product development and sale of insurance products within Retail Branches and Digital Channels. Working closely with sales, marketing and support to achieve monthly revenue and customer satisfaction goals within Retail Banking.To assist in managing insurance products.
• Direct dealing with Insurance service providers and managing the relationship.
• Working with sales, marketing and support to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction goals.

Key Objectives

• To drive product development liaising with insurance partner, net customer growth, and market share growth, explore and discover new ideas and formulate business strategies.
• Develop and manage the implementation of new Bancassurance products for Retail Banking.
• Formulate strategy for sales, marketing and distribution for insurance products on various customer touch points of the Bank.
• Introducing new products and promoting them through regular visits and frequent communication with intermediaries.
• Increasing profitability by managing the insurance sales agents in the branches.
• Ensure adequate product infrastructure, sales training, sales support at all times.
• Monitor marketing performance and suggest ways to improve efficiency and differentiate from competitors.
• Define and enhance card features, as well as related process requirements.
• Research & analyze competitive products.

Candidate Specifications

• Bachelor degree, preferably in marketing or related disciplines.
• Minimum 5 years solid product development & marketing experience in banking industry preferably in bancassurance business.
• Attentive to details, able to work independently, handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proactive and adapt to dynamic environment.
• Good analytical, organizational and problem solving skills with customer centricity mindset.
• Good project management and selling skills.
• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken
• Proficiency in MS office application.
