Role Summary: This is a full-time on-site role for Assistant Manager (Operations) for enthusiastic candidates, located in Muscat The role involves customer service, carrying out all banking transactions like opening of accounts, RTGS/ACH/WPS, SWIFT Operations etc, marketing for business.
Roles and responsibilities:
· Account opening for individuals, companies etc.
· Customer and bank transaction through RTGS ACH and clearing operations
· Supervision of record keeping, vouchers, dispatch.
· Sundry / Suspense / Proxy Reconciliation
· ATM Reconciliation & Reconciliation of Clearing account
· Treasury (Back Office)
· Joint custody of cash
· Clg Outward Coding, Posting, Chq Return
· Due Diligence for Opening of Current accounts of Non-Individual
· KYC updation. Follow-up of Dormant accounts
· Checking of reports including exception reports & disposal
· Any other duty allocated by the Bank.
Position requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in any field.
· Relevant experience in banking industry
· Knowledge of regulatory requirements and banking procedure.
