*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Implement and maintain IFRS-16 lease accounting standards across the organization.

2. Must have 3 to 4 IFRS-16 implementations experience

2. Analyze and classify leases as finance or operating leases.

3. Calculate and record right-of-use assets and lease liabilities.

4. Prepare and review lease accounting journals and disclosures.

5. Develop and maintain lease accounting policies and procedures.

6. Collaborate with departments to identify and document lease agreements.

7. Conduct impairment tests and adjust lease assets accordingly.

8. Ensure compliance with IFRS-16 requirements and regulatory updates.

9. Provide training and support to staff on IFRS-16 implementation.

10. Review and audit lease accounting records for accuracy and compliance.

*Required Skills:*

1. Professional accounting certification (e.g., CA, ACCA, CMA).

2. In-depth knowledge of IFRS-16 and lease accounting principles.

3. Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
