Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant at Arina Home in Muscat. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone calls with professionalism, communicating effectively with stakeholders, documenting for tenders and assisting in executive administrative tasks. The role also involves utilizing clerical skills to maintain organized office operations.

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication abilities
  • Clerical Skills proficiency
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
