Spanish Multinational is looking for a Production Manager

Main duties:

• Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements.
• Interaction with suppliers and production team.
• Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Lead and manage a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and other personnel, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor the quality of work performed, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Ensure that all safety regulations and protocols are followed on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures where possible.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience in a similar role
• Fluent in English (C1 level). Arabic would be an asset.
• Experience in fit out projects in such as retail, museums, or hotels.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
