Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Expert, Employee Success & Culture at ZOI in our Muscat or Dubai office. The role involves developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives, designing and executing cultural programs, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting talent development and retention strategies.
Major Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Culture and Engagement strategy for ZOI.
- Conduct research and analysis to understand employee needs, preferences, and engagement levels.
- Design and implement initiatives that promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
- Foster a culture of open communication, recognition, and appreciation.
- Partner with leadership to align the strategy with ZOI's overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement DEI initiatives that attract, retain, and develop a diverse workforce.
- Promote a culture of inclusivity where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to contribute their best.
- Partner with leadership to ensure DEI principles are embedded in all ZOI operations.
- Foster a sense of one ZOI culture across all locations of GCC.
- Develop communication channels and programs that encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing across borders.
- Work collaboratively with finance and leadership to develop a budget that supports the implementation of Culture and Engagement initiatives.
- Ensure efficient and effective allocation of resources towards initiatives with the highest potential impact on employee engagement.
Education / Skills-set:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field
· Strong understanding of Diversity and Inclusion best practices.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.
· Experience in developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives
· Knowledge of designing and executing cultural programs
· Ability to foster a positive work environment and support talent development
· Experience in HR or organizational development
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Human Resources Generalist with specific expertise towards DEI, culture, and engagement and a track record of developing and implementing successful Culture and Engagement programs.
- Experience working in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
