Job Description



Responsibilities:



Work Closely with supply chain manager in developing new strategies and streamlining the whole process involved in supply chain but not limited to P2P, receiving goods/services, delivery of goods/services, Inventory and store keeping.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with other departments within the organization to forecast demand and ensure adequate inventory levels.
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
Analyse data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of supply chain operations and identify areas for improvement.
Manage logistics and transportation activities, including routing, scheduling, and tracking shipments.
Develop and maintain procedures for inventory management, product distribution, and quality control.
Manage and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing leadership and guidance to ensure a high level of performance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards throughout the supply chain process.
Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including those related to quality, safety, and sustainability.
Continuously monitor and evaluate industry trends and best practices to stay informed and improve supply chain operations.
Assign, prepare, or verify import-export documents such as permits, commercial invoices, packing list, country of origin certificate, and bill of lading.
Regular reporting on a daily, monthly, and Annual basis using various software tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Manage and implement new warehousing strategies to increase efficiency.
Handle fleet management and all fleet related queries.

Requirements



Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business/Administration.

Minimum Experience:



· 0-2 years’ experience

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
· Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to supply chain management.
· Understanding of financial concepts and the ability to manage budgets and control costs
