Job description

The R&D team is interested in developing new technic to screen in high throughput (HTS) the enzymatic activity of vegetal cells after transient transformation of phytoremediation genes. The student will be involved in working on the optimization of transient transformation of cells and in the Proof of concept of the full workflow.
In order to achieve this goal, you will perform:
- Literature review of the projects.
- Experimental procedures involving plasmid construction, cell transformation, cell sorting and enzymatic assay.
- Data analysis and results presentation.
This internship will allow you to conduct a project using molecular biology, microbiology, plant transformation and analytical Chemistry. You will also get the chance to discover the working environment of an R&D lab in a dynamic and vibrant startup.
Project Title: Develop a high throughput screening and enzymatic assay of transformed vegetal cells.
