Senior Sales Executive

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the GCC region, with a particular focus on Oman, and a proven track record of driving sales, building strong client relationships, and achieving business targets.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve growth and market penetration in the GCC region, with a strong focus on Oman.


  • Client Relationship Management: Establish, nurture, and manage strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the ICT sector across Oman and the wider GCC region.


  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, including emerging markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, and services in the ICT industry.


  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.


  • Proposal and Contract Negotiation: Lead the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts, and negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable deals.


  • Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, driving revenue growth and expanding the company's market share in the region.


  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business success.


  • Reporting: Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.


  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and procedures, as well as local and regional regulations.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of sales experience in the ICT sector, with at least 5 years in a senior sales role.
  • Extensive experience in the GCC region, with a deep understanding of the Omani market.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.


Skills:

  • Strong understanding of ICT products, services, and solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to drive sales initiatives and close deals.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
