The Business Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with the group automotive dealerships, financial institutions, and insurance companies. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with automotive dealerships, financial institutions, and insurance companies to drive business growth and promote the company's financing and insurance solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities, conduct market research, and engage prospective partners to expand the company's network and increase revenue.
- Collaborate with partners to negotiate and finalize contractual agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Educate business partners about the company's financing and insurance products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding to effectively promote and sell these offerings to customers.
- Act as a point of contact, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, providing regular reports and insights to management for informed decision-making.
- Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to industry guidelines and policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, underwriting, and operations to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software or other relevant tools to track partner interactions, manage leads, and generate reports.
- Uphold company values throughout business practices and utilize sound judgment in decision making.
- Any other additional duties as may be required by management based on needs of the business.
Qualifications
Work Experience
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in automotive financing, insurance, or a related field in business development, relationship management, or account management roles.
Education Qualification
- A relevant bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- A master's degree is a plus.
