The Graduate Program aims to nurture young talent and equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the insurance sector. By participating in our program, students will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in different areas, enabling them to develop a holistic understanding of the industry. Throughout the program, participants will be exposed to a wide range of insurance business lines, such as commercial insurance, employee benefits, financial lines, marine insurance, reinsurance, and more.
We firmly believe that this program will serve as an excellent stepping-stone for students who are interested in pursuing a career in insurance. It offers a unique chance to explore different facets of the industry while working closely with industry professionals. Participants will also receive mentorship and guidance from experienced individuals, ensuring their growth and development.
Qualifications
- Available to join for a 1-year program starting October 2024
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Engineering or the likes.
- Opportunity is for fresh graduates. Candidates with maximum 2 years of experience including internship experiences may be considered
- Eagerness to learn with a passion for innovation
- Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills
