Technical Implementation Support Engineer - Relocation to Oman - Muscat

Client Company Introduction:

Bank seeking a skilled Technical Implementation Support Engineer to join the bank's project team and provide technical assistance for our Enterprise Loyalty Application. In this role, resources will be responsible for implementation, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of the Loyalty Application, during project implementation. Resources will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver timely and effective solutions.

Job Role:

  • Technical Implementation: Provide prompt and efficient technical support for the Loyalty Application, addressing business inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems.
  • System Integration and Testing: Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of the loyalty application with other systems, such as ESB, ETL, APIs, and other third-party platforms.
  • Solution Development and Delivery: Conduct regular maintenance activities, such as application updates, patches, and bug fixes, ensuring the Loyalty Application is running smoothly and securely.
  • Solution Design and Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and functional designs for the new Enterprise Loyalty application.
  • System Integration and Deployment: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration of the loyalty application with other systems, such as ETL, Cards systems, E-channels and so on.
  • Application Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing technical support for the loyalty application, addressing user inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Monitor the application's performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement necessary optimizations.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a technical functional role, specifically in managing enterprise applications, preferably in the loyalty rewards domain.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
  • Proficiency in technical requirements gathering, system analysis, and functional design.
  • Experience in working with development teams, conducting testing, and ensuring quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as web and mobile application development, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to troubleshoot technical issues.


Working Days: Sunday - Thursday

Working Timings: Flexible

This job requires relocation to Oman- Muscat
