We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Non-Destructive Test Instructor to join our team in Muscat, Oman. As a Non-Destructive Test Instructor, you will be responsible for training and instructing individuals in various non-destructive testing techniques and methods.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on non-destructive testing techniques and methods.
• Conduct both theoretical and practical training sessions to enhance the knowledge and skills of trainees.
• Create and maintain detailed training materials, including presentations, handouts, and manuals.
• Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in non-destructive testing technology.
• Ensure the application of best practices and industry standards in training delivery.

Preferred Candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Welding Engineering, Metals Fabrication, Engineering Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience as a Technical/Vocational instructor/trainer, preferably in non-destructive testing.
• Practical industrial experience as an engineer/technician for at least 3 years.
• International certifications such as NDT Level-2 and 3G & 6G Welding qualifications.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of various non-destructive testing methods, including ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, magnetic particle testing, and liquid penetrant testing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively instruct and train individuals of different skill levels.
• Good command of the English language; IELTS 5 or above is preferred.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles and skill levels.
• Attention to detail, strong analytical, and organizational skills.
