Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Sales Executive to be based in Oman.
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and sell portfolio to potential customers.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities to meet and exceed assigned targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes related to assigned products.
Skills
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Only Candidates currently based in Oman will be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, chemistry, microbiology, or pharmacy.
- Minimum 2 – 4 years of analytical instrument/laboratory sales experience.
- Prior experience in Oman is a must.
- Must have a valid Oman driver’s license.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
