We are Looking for a Female Secretary/Receptionist In Oman


Responsibilities


  • Minimum 1 year of Secretary ,receptionist or Administrative experience
  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the Office.
  • Guide visitors to the appropriate person and Cabin.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Serve refreshments to Managers only
  • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence. Managing databases and filing systems.
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
  • Researching on behalf of the manager.
  • Organizing the manager’s commitments or Other
  • Other Jobs as assigned by Manager.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Requirements:


This Position is only for Females and must know English and Arabic

Proven work experience as a secretary and Knowledge of office management systems, and procedures MS Office proficiency, Outstanding organizational and time management skills, Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and applications ,Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload will considered as an added Advantage.
