Data & Business Analytics Associate Manager | MAF LifeStyle | Merchandising

ROLE SUMMARY
The Data and Business Analytics Associate Manager is responsible for improving upon brand existing strategies and identifying new opportunities by sharing insightful analysis to meet the future business growth.

ROLE PROFILE

• Responsible for gathering, organizing and analyzing the existing brand performance at all levels of the hierarchy.
• Identify loss of sales opportunities and/or high inventory covers, to optimize brands’ profitability.
• Responsible for highlighting any deviation from the budgeted plans.
• Continuous Assessment to the existing processes, SLAs and SOPs to stay relevant with MAFL future growth.
• Improving the business profitability based on data by optimizing the supply chain costs and improving existing margins.
• Developing plans for business and revenue growth
• Monitor and optimize the existing AA tools and maximizing on the ROI and the coverage of users across the business.
• Build and maintain long term relationship with key stakeholders for smooth operational excellence.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in relevant discipline
• 6-8 years of managerial experience
• Retail experience in the GCC is an added advantage
• Must have Analytical Skills
• Must be able to use Advanced Analytics tool
