Description 
Main tasks and responsibilities: 
 Create procurement plans well ahead of Projects Contracts in order to meet end user’s 
timelines. 
 Coordinate with other team members to collect all Projects Contracts requirements. Check 
the synergies between them and unify the common ones before starting the tendering 
processes. 
 Develop, review and challenge projects contracting strategy in line with project main value 
drivers. 
 Support Project task force team at project stage reviews and data analysis. 
 Perform the development of tender document for Projects Contracts in line with business 
expectations, risk perspective and applicable laws. 
 Execute the full contract cycle from pre-award to post-award and carry out contract 
management Including the tender-board approvals. 
 Draft complex contracts and commercial terms and conditions (including technical 
recommendations) to best serve and protect the company’s interests. 
 Respond to all clarification requests during the tendering period. 
 Align with end user to conduct the technical evaluation & take responsibility for conducting 
the commercial evaluation. 
 Conduct negotiations with vendors to realize the total economic value to the company 
considering quality and cost. 
 Support tendering activities and contract management activities in alignment with the 
organization's policy and code of ethics to ensure the right contracts are in place to deliver 
value to internal customers. 
 Support the management of contract disputes to ensure fair and timely resolution with 
vendors. This includes escalation of disputes where needed with the support of legal. 
 Build and maintain relationships with suppliers within the region to ensure positive, 
constructive, and cost-effective commercial agreements for the company. 
 Continuously update the tracking tool with the latest and upcoming tendering / contracts 
information and details. 
 Collaborate with the ICV team to ensure that In Country Value (ICV) are in place wherever 
applicable. 
 Promote and encourage the continuous learning and development among team members 
including knowledge sharing activities. 
Required candidate with minimum 6+ years of experience in Oil& Gas holding a bachelor degree in Engineering
