Summary

We are seeking an innovative and creative Arabic content professional to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will lead the ideation and production of engaging social media content in Arabic while also providing strategic creative direction across various digital channels including websites, email marketing, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ideation and creation of compelling social media content (posts, stories, videos, graphics, etc.) in Arabic for all major platforms


• Develop a cohesive creative vision and direction for the agency's Arabic content and marketing campaigns


• Write high-quality content in Arabic such as blog posts, articles, website copy, email newsletters, marketing materials, etc.


• Collaborate closely with designers, videographers, and digital marketers to produce innovative multi-media content


• Research audience preferences, cultural nuances, trends, and platforms to shape effective content strategies


• Ensure all Arabic content aligns with brand voice, adheres to messaging guidelines, and resonates culturally


• Optimize content through SEO best practices, A/B testing, and performance data analysis


• Manage an Arabic content calendar across multiple channels and campaigns


• Stay up-to-date on emerging social media features, content formats, and creative best practices


• Provide guidance to junior content creators and writers as a creative leader

Qualifications

• Native Arabic speaker with exceptional writing, communication, and creativity


• Proficient in written and spoken English


• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media, content marketing, copywriting or related creative field


• Proven track record in leading successful, innovative content and digital marketing campaigns


• In-depth understanding of Arabic social media landscape, platforms, and content trends


• Excellent research, strategic thinking, and analytical abilities


• Expertise in content ideation, creative direction, and storytelling across multiple formats


• Hands-on experience with content management, social media publishing, and design tools


• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills


• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment


• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, advertising, or related field

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: From RO200.000 per month
