Your Missions
Within the CRM & Data department within the Communication and Client Experience Direction (CEC) – reporting to the Head of Client Communication Strategy – you will contribute internationally to the CRM strategic definition and execution for CHANEL Fragrance & Beauty.
In close collaboration with various teams such as international marketing, retail team, and other CEC touchpoints (media, social media, eBusiness), you will also serve as a key contact with CHANEL Artistic Direction. You will support Regions and key Markets in deploying their CRM strategy while considering various local specificities.

Develop activation strategies for key campaigns, ensuring alignment with client segmentation, operational efficiency, and insightful reporting.
