We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Shisha Server to join our team in Oman. The Shisha Server will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience while adhering to all health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of shisha flavors, and a passion for delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. - Prepare shisha according to guests' preferences and in compliance with health and safety standards. - Engage with guests to provide recommendations on shisha flavors and assist in making selections. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shisha area, including regularly cleaning and maintaining shisha equipment. - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of shisha orders to guests' tables. - Adhere to all relevant company policies, procedures, and standards to ensure high-quality service delivery. - Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to coordinate shisha orders with food and beverage service.

- Previous experience as a Shisha Server or in a similar customer service role is preferred. - In-depth knowledge of shisha flavors, preparation techniques, and equipment maintenance. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and interact with diverse clientele. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - A customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service and creating a positive guest experience. - Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with colleagues from various departments. - Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
