- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and government procedures.
- Handle visa processing and other immigration-related matters for employees.
- Ensure compliance with Omani labor laws, regulations, and government policies related to employment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to personnel administration and government compliance.
- Liaise with government agencies and officials (such as ROP/MOL/Manpower agencies/Airports/Embassies) on behalf of the company.
- Support strategic initiatives related to personnel and government relations.
- Provide guidance and advice to management on personnel and regulatory matters.
- Manage a small team of pros.
- Ensure ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions and transactions.
Priority will be given to immediate joiners or with short notice period.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in personnel administration, HR management, or government relations, preferably in Oman.
- In-depth knowledge of Omani labor laws, regulations, and government procedures related to employment and immigration.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages, both written and spoken, is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multicultural team environment.
- Adaptability and resilience in dealing with challenges and changes in regulatory environments.
- Ethical conduct and integrity in handling sensitive personnel and government-related matters.
