  • Ensure that the Machine operates efficiently to get maximum pipes output with minimal wastage

  •  Self QC and coordinate with Quality Control to ensure the pipe thickness, product quality and stencil/label are meeting the design requirements

  • Direct and oversee the setup of the machine and mandrel to ensure correct alignment before and during production run

  • Ensure that the resins are correctly mixed and the correct raw materials are available before starting  production

  • Understand product finishing process and select correct finishing procedure

  • Monitor the use of raw materials and consumables during manufacturing and minimize waste

  • Report production outputs and efficiencies

  • Coordinate with maintenance when equipment or machinery breaks
