Role Overview: Hands-on Python developer to build Agentic AI and Voice AI applications, LLM-powered workflows, APIs and integrations across email, WhatsApp, CRM, Google Workspace, databases and Falcon Pro Enterprise AI. This is a coding and development role, not a managerial or architecture-only position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop AI agents, backend applications and multi-step agentic workflows using Python.
Build Voice AI agents for inbound/outbound conversations, including STT, TTS, LLM and telephony/voice API integration.
Integrate LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar, including tool/function calling and structured outputs.
Build REST APIs, webhooks, scheduled jobs and integrations with Email, WhatsApp Business, Google Workspace, CRM and enterprise applications.
Work with PostgreSQL/Supabase or similar databases and implement OAuth 2.0, tokens and secure API authentication.
Develop/troubleshoot n8n workflows where appropriate; test, debug and maintain production integrations and support migration to Falcon Pro.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
We need a developer who personally codes and can take a requirement such as an AI voice receptionist, sales/customer-service agent, email agent or workflow automation agent from concept to a working solution. The candidate must be comfortable reading API documentation, building integrations, debugging production issues and maintaining secure, reliable code. Use of ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, GitHub Copilot and similar AI coding tools is encouraged, provided the developer can understand, test and maintain the resulting code.
