المسمى الوظيفي: مشرف رفع أثقال
الموقع: صحار، سلطنة عمان
الإشراف على: مهندس رفع أثقال
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الإشراف على تنسيق جميع أنشطة رفع الأثقال في الموقع.
- ضمان وجود خطط رفع وتقييمات مخاطر وتنفيذها.
- فحص معدات الرفع والتأكد من أنها معتمدة وحالة جيدة.
- التحقق من كفاءة وشهادة مشغلي الرافعات، والمثبتين، ومناولي الإشارات.
- إجراء محادثات جماعية وإحاطات سلامة تتعلق بعمليات الرفع.
- مراقبة الأحوال الجوية وظروف الموقع لتحديد فترات الرفع الآمنة.
- التنسيق مع إدارة الموقع، الصحة والسلامة والبيئة، والمقاولين من الباطن لتخطيط وتنفيذ عمليات الرفع بأمان.
- الحفاظ على سجلات عمليات الرفع، الحوادث، وفحوصات المعدات.
المؤهلات والخبرة:
- دبلوم في الميكانيكا.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في عمليات رفع الأثقال في البناء، النفط والغاز، أو الصناعة الثقيلة.
- الاطلاع على الرافعات، معدات الربط، وملحقات الرفع.
Job description
Job Title: Lifting Supervisor
Location: Sohar, Oman
Reports To: Lifting Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all lifting activities on site.
- Ensure lifting plans and risk assessments are in place and followed.
- Inspect lifting equipment and ensure it is certified and in good working condition.
- Verify that crane operators, riggers, and signalmen are competent and certified.
- Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings related to lifting operations.
- Monitor weather and site conditions to determine safe lifting windows.
- Liaise with site management, HSE, and subcontractors to plan and execute lifts safely.
- Maintain records of lifting operations, incidents, and equipment inspections.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Mechanical
- Minimum 5 years of experience in lifting operations in construction, oil & gas, or heavy industry.
- Familiarity with cranes, rigging gear, and lifting accessories.
