We are currently looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Estimator to join our team in Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take-offs, tender pricing, and cost analysis for civil and construction projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Civil Estimation / Tendering.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction works, BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and rate analysis.
- Experience in building, infrastructure, or general contracting projects is preferred.
- Good knowledge of construction materials, labor productivity, and current market pricing.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation/take-off software.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tender submission deadlines.
- Previous GCC/Oman experience is an advantage.
