The Supervisor shall be responsible for on-site operations, ensuring the efficient, safe, and high-quality execution of field services. The role blends technical acumen across multiple trades particularly HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry with deep safety compliance and communication capabilities essential for leading diverse field crews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise field personnel performing, HVAC repairs, plumbing installations, and light construction.
• Enforce stringent health and safety regulations in alignment with oil field standards and practices.
• Organize job schedules, crew assignments, and equipment logistics to ensure timely and efficient field operations.
• Promote a safety-first culture by conducting toolbox talks and leading incident response.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in HVAC, plumbing systems, and minor construction works.
• Serve as the permit holder under the ISSOW system (Integrated Safe System of Work), including Energy Isolation and Confined Space Entry responsibilities.
• Maintain operational records, incident reports, equipment logs, and safety audits.
• Communicate effectively with clients and multi-lingual teams to ensure work scope alignment and timely feedback.
• Writes report documenting the problem and summary of actions taken along with the weekly, monthly reports.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor s degree or high diploma in Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent technical experience).
• Minimum of 10 years experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role.
• Hands-on knowledge in HVAC systems, plumbing infrastructure, and basic carpentry techniques.
• Strong command of English and Indian languages (e.g., Hindi, Malayalam, or Tamil, as applicable).
• Holder of a valid Omani driver's license.
• ISSOW permit holder certification with qualifications in Energy Isolation and Confined Space Entry.
• Proficient in computer operations, field data entry tools, and basic MS Office applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to work in remote locations and rotating shifts.
