A professional responsible for ensuring all piping fabrication and installation work meets quality, safety, and code requirements.
Responsibilities
- Inspect piping fabrication, fit-up, and installation activities.
- Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and inspection records.
- Verify compliance with codes such as ASME B31.3, B31.1, and project specifications.
- Witness pressure testing (hydro, pneumatic) and document results.
- Monitor pipe support installation, alignment, and dimensional checks.
- Review material traceability (MTRs) and ensure correct materials are used.
- Raise and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions.
- Coordinate with welding, NDT, and civil/structural teams.
- Liaise with client and third-party inspectors during inspections.
- Maintain and compile final documentation and as-built records.

Need gulf experience.
