Be fully conversant with the HSSE Requirements, rules & regulation of the Country, Company & those of the Customer. Monitor implementation of the project HSSE Management Plan and Policies and advise / suggest corrective action, as and when deficiencies / weakness are identified in the implementation of the HSSE Management System in the project. Provide advice, guidance & facilitate the project management team on all maters pertaining to Health, Safety and Environmental Protection. Monitor HSSE standards in activities and providing proactive advices to the project management. Organize in-house and mandatory trainings as per HSSE training plan for the project and maintaining records of the same. Render required assistance to the Line management in the investigation of incidents and dissemination of learning points. Carryout periodic inspection of vehicles, plant, equipment, tools, PPE etc to ensure HSSE adequacy. Compile and maintain HSSE statistics pertaining to the project and forward report to the HSSE Systems Unit, Head Office.
